TARA 2010 Southwest Buying Show

The TARA 2010 Southwest Buying Show will be held October 10-11 at the beautiful Hotel InterContinental-Dallas, a few blocks from the Galleria shopping area. The show is being held in conjunction with the TARA 27th Annual Convention over the same dates.

This show allows RTO dealers from across Texas and the Southwest to meet face-to-face with the companies that offer the latest products and services to the industry. Likewise, it provides vendors serving the RTO industry an opportunity to expose their products and services to Texas dealers in a purchasing environment.

Reserving Booth Space
To reserve booth space, vendors must complete the 2010 Exhibitor Contract and return it with payment to TARA. Contracts will not be received without full payment of exhibit space.

Registering Exhibitors
Once exhibitors have reserved booth space, they must register those individuals attending the convention and trade show from their company by completing and returning a 2010 Exhibitor Registration Form by September 1, 2010.

Two Discount Deadlines For 2010
Exhibitor contracts to reserve booth space for the TARA 2010 Southwest Buying Show are now being accepted. This year, there are two discount deadlines - May 1 and August 10. Vendors who contract exhibit space before these two deadlines will receive considerable discounts over the final booth fees that become effective August 1. So the earlier you respond, the more money you will save on your exhibit space. Here are the booth sizes and fees for the 2010 show:

Booth Contents
All booth fees include one 6’ table and two chairs, standard booth drapery, one identification sign with your company name, and a listing in the convention program and on this frame.

Booth Assignments
All booth space is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booth assignments will be made in order of receipt and as space permits. Booth assignments will be emailed to exhibitors in September.

Membership Required To Exhibit
Exhibitors must be current Associate Members of the association. Associate Membership is $120 per year and is non-refundable if the booth is canceled. Click here for more information on the benefits included in Associate Membership.

Registering Exhibitors
All individuals from the exhibiting company who will be working in the booth must preregister for the convention and trade show. Registration is free to all exhibitors, but all exhibitors must preregister by September 1 by completing and forwarding the 2010 Exhibitor Registration Form.

Cancellations
Cancellations received by September 1 will be afforded a 50% refund of the prepaid booth fee. No refunds will be allowed for cancellations received after September 1.
