Booth Contents
All booth fees include one 6’ table and two chairs, standard booth drapery, one identification sign with your company name, and a listing in the convention program and on this frame.
Booth Assignments
All booth space is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booth assignments will be made in order of receipt and as space permits. Booth assignments will be emailed to exhibitors in September.
Membership Required To Exhibit
Exhibitors must be current Associate Members of the association. Associate Membership is $120 per year and is non-refundable if the booth is canceled. Click here for more information on the benefits included in Associate Membership.
Registering Exhibitors
All individuals from the exhibiting company who will be working in the booth must preregister for the convention and trade show. Registration is free to all exhibitors, but all exhibitors must preregister by September 1 by completing and forwarding the 2009 Exhibitor Registration Form.
Cancellations
Cancellations received by September 1 will be afforded a 50% refund of the prepaid booth fee. No refunds will be allowed for cancellations received after September 1.
