TARA PAC
TARA PAC is a formal Political Action Committee approved by the Texas Ethics Commission and managed by the TARA Board of Directors. It was established for the purpose of helping elect candidates to the Texas Legislature who support the rent to own industry.
By law, corporate funds cannot be accepted as contributions to TARA PAC. Your contribution must be in the form of a personal check, or a check from an unincorporated business, i.e., unincorporated company (dba), sole proprietorship, or limited partnership (as long as no partner is incorporated). Also, contributions to a PAC are not tax deductible as a personal or business expense for IRS purposes. For questions about lawful contributions, please contact the TARA staff.
At this time, the TARA Board is soliciting PAC contributions from the membership. Members wishing to make a contribution to TARA PAC are asked to forward their checks to the address shown in the left column.
