TARA 26th Annual Convention & Southwest Buying Show

The TARA Board of Directors would like to thanks all members - both dealers and vendors - for making this year's convention and buying show in Dallas a huge success. Our new convention format was well received and the buying show was a successful event for everyone.

The Board would like to extend its deep appreciation to Ed Winn and Michael Novembrino for their excellent presentations during the annual membership meeting. And a very special thanks goes to Dennis Willich and James MacAlpine for their extremely generous contribution to the TARA government affairs fund during the same meeting. Nationwide Southwest/Rent Direct Nationwide presented TARA President Dan Matthews (see photo to the right) with a check for $15,000 for the association's new government affairs program currently being drafted by the TARA Board. The contribution will help the association address several issues in the govenment affairs arena that are currently affecting Texas RTO dealers. Again, our thanks to Dennis and James for their generous support of TARA.
