APRO Awards TARA "Most Improved Association" In 2010

The Texas Association of Rental Agencies earned APRO's most improved state association award at a special reception at the APRO 2010 Convention and Trade Show, July 19-22, in Louisville.

"This year's most improved state association award goes to an already existing state association that has shown a dramatic increase in activity," said Dave Edwards, chairman of APRO's State Association Coordination Committee. "Texas is an example of an association that has been a dynamic player for years and has taken it to the next level."

TARA's state-of-the-art communication system and new government affairs program are two initiatives cited as examples of the associations progressive strides over the past year, Edwards said.
